Gerrard wants consistency

By James Pearson Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard wants The Reds to be even more consistent if they are to mount a title challenge.
The Merseysiders have won their last four Premiership outings, but still trail leaders Man Utd by 11 points following a slow start to the season.

Gerrard is pleased with Liverpool's current form and hopes Rafa Benitez's troops can maintain their hot-streak in order to put the pressure on the leading duo.
"Our current form is Championship-winning form," stated Gerrard. "It's just about consistency, and we're got to be even more consistent.
"This time last year we went on a fantastic run of 10 or 11 wins from 12 games and that's the type of run we're going to need to go on from now until the end of the season.
"We've got to concentrate on winning. We have to be ready to capitalise on any little slip-ups they make."
